«Jūrmalas Vilnis» («Jūrmala Wave») is the single new exclusive project in the Gulf of Riga area.

The 8-floored Jūrmalas Vilnis project is located in the dune zone (50 m from the beach) by the shore of the Gulf of Riga in the very heart of the resort town of Jūrmala. It is next to a pine-tree park, tennis courts, the legendary Jomas Street, the Dzintari Concert Hall, shops, cafes and restaurants, Spa centres, banks, etc. There is a house management service arranged in a similar fashion to hotel room service.

There are some apartments left that are still available for sale. The apartments have 2 to 4 rooms, open terraces, the internal area of 70 to 200 sq. m.
